Shipment Responsibility

Maglora is not responsible for delays or issues once a package has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the courier.

Delivery & Signature Requirement

Please note that, due to recent safety measures, couriers may no longer require signatures upon delivery.

If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be retrieved at the shipping address, we do not claim responsibility for loss or theft. We do not replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered. We recommend contacting the courier directly for resolution.

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Delivery times are estimated between 7–28 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Shipping Destinations & Carriers

France & European Orders

Orders are shipped from our European warehouse via DPD, PostNL, UPS, or other trusted logistics partners.

International Orders

International shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx, or equivalent carriers. Delivery may take 2–3 weeks due to customs clearance or transit delays.

Maglora is not responsible for customs delays or additional customs fees.

Australia Orders

Orders shipped to Australia may be delivered through STARTRACK, UPS, or equivalent logistics partners.

Duties & Customs Fees

Customs and import duties may be payable upon arrival in your destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled or refunded by Maglora.

For DDU (Duties Unpaid) shipments, customers are responsible for paying any import taxes or duties before delivery.

Wrong Address & Order Modification

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate.

Please contact us immediately at maglorai@outlook.com if an address correction is needed.

We process orders quickly, and address changes or modifications cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be canceled or modified if requested promptly after placement.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

Items returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal to accept delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement.
